Limited Product Warranty

This Limited Product Warranty (“Warranty”) applies to physical electronic products sold by Navi-Pro (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
1. Warranty Coverage
We warrant that the Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 30 days from the date of original purchase (“Warranty Period”).
This Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable unless required by law.
2. What We Will Do
If a defect covered by this Warranty arises during the Warranty Period, we will, at our option:
Repair the Product
Replace the Product (with new or refurbished units)
Refund the purchase price
This is your exclusive remedy.
3. What Is Not Covered
This Warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from:
Improper installation, configuration, or use
Use outside published specifications
Modification, tampering, or attempted repair by unauthorized persons
Reverse engineering or firmware alteration
Integration with third-party systems or components
Accidents, abuse, neglect, environmental exposure, or electrical faults
Normal wear and cosmetic damage
Consumables, accessories, and third-party components are excluded unless stated otherwise.
4. Firmware and Software
Firmware and software are provided as is, except as required by law.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or continued compatibility with third-party systems.
Firmware updates may be provided but are not guaranteed.
5. Warranty Exclusions Required by Law
Some jurisdictions, including certain Canadian provinces, do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusions of certain damages.

Implied warranties are limited to the minimum duration required by law
This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability under this Warranty shall not exceed the purchase price of the Product.

Provide proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
We will require the Product to be returned at your expense unless prohibited by law.
8. Governing Law
This Warranty is governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
